Terms of Service

By creating a CGS ID, using the account portal, or playing any Chaotic Game Studios title (including Strike-Command: Idle Esports, TagTalk, Score Crew: Idle Heist, and AstroForge), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Accounts (CGS ID)

• One CGS ID works across all of our current and future games. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
• You must provide an accurate email address. It is used for verification, password resets, and security alerts.
• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country) to create an account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, cheating, abuse, or violations of these terms.

2. Virtual goods and currency

• Games may offer virtual items and currencies (for example crystals, coins, or packs). These are licensed, not sold; they have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Purchases are processed by the app store you bought from. Refunds are governed by that store's policies.
• We may adjust, rebalance, or retire virtual goods and game features as the games evolve. Where changes materially reduce something you purchased, we will aim to compensate fairly in-game.
• Promotional or redeem codes may have limits (per-account, total uses, or expiry) stated at issue.

3. Fair play and conduct

• No cheating: no modified clients, memory editing, automation, exploiting bugs for advantage, or tampering with network traffic. We actively detect and act on these.
• No buying, selling, or transferring accounts or in-game items outside the game.
• In chat and shared spaces: no harassment, hate, sexual content, threats, unlawful content, or spam. We use automated filtering and human moderation, and may remove content, mute, suspend, or ban at our discretion. Report tools are available in-game.
• Chat is not private. Do not share personal information (yours or anyone else's) in public channels.

4. Our content

• The games, artwork, code, names, and logos belong to Chaotic Game Studios LLC. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
• We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to play our games for entertainment.

5. Service availability

• Online features are provided "as is." We work hard to keep them up, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may modify or discontinue features with notice where practical.
• Cloud saves are a convenience — keep your account linked so progress can be recovered.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chaotic Game Studios LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as our services grow. The current version lives at this address; material changes will be announced in-game or by email where appropriate. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
